Made of gleaming copper and taking 120 man hours to be hand beaten out, this is the designer bath Meghan and Harry have had installed in Frogmore Cottage, according to sources who have spoken to The Mail on Sunday.

Set free-standing in the bedroom — as is the current height of fashion — the bath is produced by luxury firm William Holland, a supplier for the Soho House chain.

Depending on exactly which model they chose, it will have cost up to £5,000.

The couple’s bathroom tiles have also been provided by another supplier for the Soho House brand, Bert & May.

The company provides ‘reclaimed’ tiles salvaged from old buildings in Spain which are painstakingly brought back to life by craftsmen.

Costing around £5 each, the tiles have the natural wear and tear that adds to a fashionable sense of authenticity.

Both Meghan and Harry are known to favour Soho House. The hotel chain’s director, Markus Anderson, is among Meghan’s closest friends.
